Capital Raise Investor Portal
KYC, AML, bank linking, and funding for an SEC-registered securities offering
An investor portal for a company raising capital through an SEC-registered offering. An investor opens an account, verifies identity, links a bank, signs the subscription agreement, and funds the position in one sitting. Identity, AML screening, and bank credentials are captured on the investor’s device and sent straight to a vault built to hold them. The portal receives a token in exchange and stores only that, so no Social Security number or account number ever lands in its database, and when an operation needs the underlying data, the portal hands the token back to the vault, which does the work, and the data never comes out. Signed agreements are encrypted at rest in a private bucket and served only through short-lived presigned links. ACH funding meets FINRA requirements and was approved by the managing broker-dealer. Interest accrues on an integer-cents ledger, and every verification, signature, and movement of money is written to an audit trail the issuer can hand to counsel or a regulator.
